Experienced and confident, qualified finance manager needed to head up the finance and admin function of a specialist advisory firm based in fabulous West end offices. Reporting directly into the CEO, you must have confidence in your ability to oversee both the financial management and also key administrative functions of the company.
Key responsibilities will include:
Maintain accurate and up to date accounting records for the company and its subsidiaries
Work with the CEO and Managers to prepare comprehensive annual budgets
Produce quarterly management accounts and provide relevant and accurate periodic reports
prepare statutory accounts and supporting schedules and assista auditors during their audit
Prepare and submit VAT returns
Manage monthly outsourced payroll
Other admin duties as required including GDPR
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in all the above areas and be fully or part qualified. You will be confident, professional and approachable in manner along with having a high level of proficiency of XERO.
