Receptionist – Boutique Finance
A fantastic opportunity for a confident graduate to manage a busy reception desk for a boutique niche independent Fund Manager with offices in London, New York and Sydney. This role will be based in Central London in slick, luxurious offices and would be a great stepping stone for someone who wants to develop their skills and their foot in the door of boutique financial services.
This is one of the most important positions in the company, you will be the face of the company and must maintain exceptionally high standards.
You will be responsible for the smooth running of the reception area and the 5 meeting rooms. This will involve meeting and greeting visitors and HNW clients (CEO’s of big banks) managing meeting rooms, dealing with all enquiries, preparing expense reports and assisting the office manager and PA to one of the Founding Partners. Once you’re in your grove you may also work with members of the investment team, assisting on diary management amongst other back office tasks.
You must be someone who welcomes responsibility and autonomy, you will be managing the reception desk and must not get flustered when dealing with clients. You need to be confident in your convictions and exercise your initiative when you come across something new. You must be versatile and someone who enjoys being busy who sets themselves high standards and wants to be challenged.
It is essential that you have acute attention to detail and really take ownership of tasks as you will not be micromanaged.
You will only be considered for this role if you have a minimum of 6 months experience in a corporate environment or where a 5* customer service is demonstrable. This role has become available due to the receptionist being promoted to a PA role; there is progression for someone that shows willing.
The hours will be 8:30am – 5:30pm.
Salary up to £25,000 dependent on experience.
This is a temp to perm opportunity and you must be available immediately or on a short notice period.
